Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Eliyahna Creative, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of Credit Support System Pro (the "Software," "Plugin," or "Product").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or otherwise using the Plugin, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of the applicable license fee, Eliyahna Creative, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use Credit Support System Pro on WordPress installations that you own or operate.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer the Plugin to any third party without prior written consent
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding within the Plugin
• Use the Plugin to create a competing or derivative product for commercial distribution
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin beyond what is permitted by applicable law

Software Sold "As Is"

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Eliyahna Creative, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of title or non-infringement
• Any warranty that the Software will meet your requirements or expectations
• Any warranty that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any output produced by the Software
• Any warranty regarding compatibility with your specific WordPress installation, theme, server environment, hosting provider, or third-party plugins

You assume all responsibility for selecting the Software to achieve your intended results, and for the installation, use, and results obtained from the Software.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Eliyahna Creative, LLC, its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill
• Website downtime, data corruption, or security breaches
• Financial losses resulting from payment gateway integrations (Stripe, PayPal, or any other processor) including failed transactions, unauthorized charges, or processing errors
• Loss of customer data, ticket records, credit balances, or any other information stored or processed by the Plugin
• Damage to your WordPress installation, hosting environment, or any connected systems
• Claims by third parties, including your own customers or clients, arising from your use of the Plugin

This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory upon which a claim is based — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — even if Eliyahna Creative, LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. In any case, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

No Refund Policy

All sales of Credit Support System Pro are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of software products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or no longer needing the Software
• Incompatibility with your WordPress theme, hosting environment, or other plugins
• Failure to read or understand the product description prior to purchase
• Technical difficulties on your server or hosting account
• Dissatisfaction with features or functionality as delivered
• Accidental purchase

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of any free trial or demo environment available at demo.creditsupporttickets.com before purchasing to ensure the Software meets your needs.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you have waived your right to a refund.

Payment Gateway Responsibility

Credit Support System Pro integrates with third-party payment processors including Stripe and PayPal. Your use of these payment gateways is governed solely by the terms of service, privacy policies, and agreements of those respective providers.

Eliyahna Creative, LLC is not responsible for:

• The security, uptime, or performance of Stripe, PayPal, or any other payment processor
• Failed, declined, duplicate, or fraudulent transactions processed through these gateways
• Changes to gateway APIs, fees, or policies that may affect Plugin functionality
• Your compliance with payment card industry (PCI) standards or applicable financial regulations

You are solely responsible for properly configuring your payment gateway credentials, maintaining test/live mode settings appropriately, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws governing the collection of payments.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining regular backups of your WordPress installation and database before and after installing or updating the Plugin
• Ensuring your hosting environment, PHP version, and WordPress version meet the Plugin's minimum requirements
• Testing the Plugin in a staging or development environment before deploying to a production site
• The lawful use of the Plugin, including compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws
• Any content, data, or communications transmitted through the Plugin by you or your users
• Providing accurate terms, policies, and disclosures to your own customers regarding credits, refunds, and support services
• The proper handling and protection of your customers' personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

Updates and Support

Eliyahna Creative, LLC may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, bug fixes, or new features for Credit Support System Pro. Such updates, if provided, are subject to these Terms unless accompanied by separate terms.

We make no guarantee that:

• Updates will be provided on any particular schedule or timeline
• Any specific bug or issue will be fixed
• The Plugin will remain compatible with future WordPress releases
• Support requests will be addressed within any specific time frame

Any support provided is offered as a courtesy and does not create an obligation to continue providing such support.

Intellectual Property

Credit Support System Pro, including all underlying code, design, documentation, and associated materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Eliyahna Creative, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your purchase grants you a license to use the Software as described herein. It does not transfer ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eliyahna Creative, LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use or misuse of the Plugin
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any claims by your customers or third parties arising from your use of the Plugin
• Any content or data processed through the Plugin on your behalf

Termination

Eliyahna Creative, LLC reserves the right to terminate your license to use Credit Support System Pro at any time, with or without cause, if you are found to be in material violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Plugin and destroy all copies in your possession.

Termination shall not entitle you to any refund of fees paid.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Software shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in [Your County/State].
